Are you an evaluator of color in the Chicago region who is providing evaluation and data support to your organization, but have received little to no formal evaluation training? If so, then this info session may be for you!

The Evaluation Pathways Initiative (Pathways) is a program designed to strengthen the diversity of the Chicago area evaluation field by increasing the recruitment and training of culturally responsive and equity-focused evaluators of color. Pathways offers an Emerging Evaluator Program and each cohort includes six weeks of interactive workshops followed by eight weeks of optional one-on-one evaluation coaching. Applications are currently being accepted for Cohort IX through Friday July 17th.

During this session, Dr. Lisa Aponte-Soto, Pathways Program Director, will provide an overview of the program and answer any questions that you may have.
