Reporting to the Director of Strategic Planning, the Manager of Strategic Planning is responsible for supporting the structures and professional capacity necessary for leading continuous improvement (CI) work to help fulfill CPS’ vision - Success Starts Here. The Manager of Strategic Planning will project manage components of the CI process, including but not limited to the development of CI plans, professional development delivery within the arc of learning, and alignment with data strategy. This includes contributing to a strategy for data informed best practices, as well as supporting internal collaboratives and teams in supporting their continuous improvement work.

Equity Program Manager - posted 11/12/20

The Equity Program Manager reports directly to the Chicago Equity Officer in the Office of Equity at Chicago Public Schools (CPS). The program manager serves as a public face of the initiatives that support boys and young men of color, establishing and ensuring the integrity and impact of the initiatives within CPS and the community. The EPM will assist with building a strategic plan that builds coherence for student programming.The ideal candidate is an experienced and effective advocate for structural change, grounded in principles of racial equity and social justice; a creative thinker; and an effective collaborator, supervisor and project manager.
