Description: The Impact and Data Strategy Director leads an organization-wide effort to thoughtfully utilize data to improve the programmatic impact and operational functions of the organization in our collective efforts to advance the mission of eliminating racism and empowering women. The Director guides the YWCA towards becoming an innovative and equitable data-forward organization, ensures mission impact is measured and reported in a compelling and useful manner, and looks across the organization to identify efficiency and process problems that can be solved with digital solutions. The position must demonstrate technical acumen and analytical thinking while at the same time creatively use data visualization to support authentic and effective storytelling. The position requires extensive collaboration across departments and must skillfully exert influence to build buy-in to data forward and digital transformation.

The position is responsible for developing and implementing department strategies that align with and advance organizational goals, directs all daily activities, advises on agency policies, and directly develops department-level protocols and procedures in alignment with agency policy.
